What is TR-5912F?

This Nitto Denko conductive adhesive tape is made for superior thermal conductive properties. It consists of a thermal conductive acrylic adhesive layer on top of a release liner. Without the liner, the tape is 0.125 mm thick and comes in a variety of widths.

What TR-5912F adhesive tape used for?

This double-coated tape adheres well to a wide variety of substrate plates, including stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic, glass epoxy, Bakelite, ceramic, and white solder resist for LEDs.

TR-5912F has been tested under a wide range of conditions (including extreme temperatures and thermal shock) for adhesion, durability, and holding power. It has a thermal conductivity of 1.1 W/(m・K) and a thermal resistance of cm2・K/W.
